Digital Scrapbooking Magazine

by Tess Redel

Boys Will Be Boys!

Boys Will Be Boys!

I love this magazine because it is full of wonderful page layouts, ideas for scrapping "odd" photos, mini-lessons for digital scrapbooking, updates and reviews on editing software, interviews with selected scrapbooking divas, and stories of inspiration for creating a wonderful digital storybook of your family, for your family. My three children LOVE to look at their babybooks, and family photo albums. These books always bring back warm memories of days gone past.

The page that I've uploaded was made by taking a picture of the woods were my boys and my nephews like to play. I simply enlarged the photo and then "faded" the photo using the opaque option in layers (Photoshop Elements). To make the frames, I took a photo of tree trunk and dropped my photo on top of it. This was an idea that I saw in Digital Scrapbooking Magazine.
